About Landshark Enterprises, LLC

Landshark Enterprises is a small business consulting and solutions company that specializes in small business (up to 50 employees).  Our primary focus is office & technology management as well as Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Planning solutions.  With approximately 30 years worth of combined experience with administration and technology, we are able to provide qualified observations and suggestions regarding both areas.  Landshark Enterprises, LLC is a Registered Partner with Microsoft and business partner with Dell.

Landshark Enterprises is the brain child of Sam Terry, who has worked with computers for over 30 years, and in the administrative field for over 18 years.  Mr. Terry has been both the official and unofficial technology manager for several companies as well as the 'go to computer guy' for many of his friends and co-workers over the years, and has self-taught himself in many aspects of hardware and software technologies.  Mr. Terry has built computers from scratch, and upgraded existing computers; he has also installed operating systems from DOS 6 up through Windows 7 on both desktop and laptop computers, and he has installed, configured and managed Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003 as well as worked with MS Windows Server 2003.  Currently he is preparing for certification as a Microsoft Small Business Specialist and will shortly be prepared to start working with MS Windows Small Business Server 2008.  Mr. Terry is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and a Microsoft Certified Professional, currently certified as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in Windows 7, and a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) in MS Office 2003 and 2007, and is currently working on obtaining his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Security) certification.  He has also obtained the Computer Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) A+, Network+ & Security+ certifications.

Mr. Terry served as a Yeoman (administrative specialist) in the US Navy and was honorably discharged under medical conditions for injuries that occurred during Operations Desert Shield and Storm.  In addition to his experience in the Navy, he has approximately 18 years experience in Administrative/Office Management, Business Management and Human Resources. 

Mr. Terry has experience and knowledge related to Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity planning in small business.  With the amount of damage caused by natural events (hurricanes, tornadoes, severe weather), as well as the growing amount of crime (including cyber crimes now) and with the growing need of security for data and networking systems, having a Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity plan is crucial for your businesses survival and recovery in the event of a disaster or business disruption.

Mr. Terry earned his Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology from Auburn University at Montgomery in 2003, and has also earned his Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) designation holding certifications as a MCTS and MOS, as well as being  CompTIA A+, Network+ & Security+ certified and is working on obtaining the Microsoft Certified Support Engineer (MCSE) certification in security in Windows Server 2003 and 2008, Windows Small Business Server 2008.
