Business/Office Management Consulting & Solutions
Starting up a small business is something done because someone (usually you) has a great idea. That doesn't make someone an expert on everything related to starting up that business, or running it successfully. As a business owner, you may be a subject matter expert on the business of your business, but not necessarily on running a business. The running of a small business (the day to day operations and minute details associated with running that business) require a significant amount of attention that interferes with you living your dream of your own business. And not giving the attention needed can result in your dreams going up in smoke. It takes a true business leader to realize that they need help to get their day to day operations organized and running so that they can focus on their product and/or services.

Technology Management Consulting & Solutions
For a small business, Information Technology can be a major challenge, especially since technology is changing faster than most people or businesses can keep up with it. Trying to keep up with the latest technologies, finding the right solutions to your needs, keeping day to day operations going, worrying about what to do if your server or computers crash are all obstacles that every business has to contend with. Hiring a full-time on staff IT person is almost the only way to keep up with the changes, and be aware of regulations or threats to your network, however, that adds to your financial burdens. Let us handle your IT needs for you, show you what you need to accomplish your goals while giving you room to grow so you don't have to purchase new equipment frequently.

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Planning
In the 2005 Hurricane season, there was an estimated $100 Billion in damages, and over $5 Billion in Disaster Recovery loans dispensed as a result. Living and working in the Gulf Coast region, you know that Hurricanes, Tornadoes, and other severe weather occurs regularly which can result in damage to your physical building. There are also high crime rates, which now includes cyber crimes, as well as work-place violence, data theft, breaking and entering, and even employee theft.
Who is responsible for calling the employees to let them know not to come to work? Who is responsible for doing a full inventory in case of a theft? Do you have a written plan for anyone to come in and pick up and follow in case you are unavailable? You need to be ready BEFORE disaster strikes, afterwards may be too late!
Is your business ready for a disaster? Is your workplace prepared for the worst? If not, you need to get a Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Plan. With a Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity plan, your business has a better chance of recovering from a major catastrophe, and return to business. A good Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity plan will allow your business to continue operations, even if at a limited basis, while your business is trying to get back on it's feet and run at full operations. Your Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity plan should clearly outline who is responsible for what, who all internal and external contacts are, complete inventory of all your equipment, as well as inventory, so that any losses that may occur may be replaced.
The most expensive thing you can do is nothing!
